Naked Boy!!
These are a couple of after bath pics.
Our Bean loves to be naked. He seriously comes alive, and starts screaming and kicking with delight because of his new found freedom!

Big Boy Bean!
This is the Bean, he's almost 9 months old, and doing so much!
He, rocks back and forth while listening to music.
When standing, he tries to take steps.
He makes the sounds of B and M. Of course I'm trying hard to get him to say Mommy, but my Obe is confident he's going to say Daddy first.
He absolutely loves his baths. I give him plenty of playtime in the tub, but he still, while wrinkly and shivering, screams and hollers to get back in.It breaks my heart.
His favorite toy now, is not actually a toy. It's one of his white dress shoes from when he was like 6 months old.
If he's crying, give him his shoe, and he'll be fine. Take the shoe away..... Let's just say, you'll wish you didn't do that. Well unless of course your Titi Raine, for some reason when he's with her, he could care less about his shoe.

My Family!
I absolutely love this picture!
I had no idea the boys were dressed the same. And my little Sweet Cheeks, look at her smile.
Priceless!

Rainy Day
So this is what Amiyah does on rainy days.
Throws every pillow on the floor, and jumps until
she can't jump anymore!
It was very cute to watch. Little Emilio would laugh hysterically
every time she jumped.

The Adventures Of Naked Thing~ Part 2
As you all know, it has been quite sometime since we last heard from our friend Naked Thing.
Becoming a bit curious as to her whereabouts I set out to find her.
i searched everywhere for her, including every tea party I could think of. Still, no Naked Thing.
But to my surprise, just when I was about to throw in the towel, I received a call from a source very close to her.
Come to find out, after her episode at the tea party she decided she needed some help (apparently this isn't her first run in with the law).
So, she checked herself into a celebrity rehab center that's situated on the sandy oceanfront of Laguna Beach. At this center they cater their services to individuals looking to escape the monotony, and stress of everyday life.
From the photos you can see they offered her a very relaxing treatment.
Of course, as you can see, they have the best massage therapist in the country working in their facility. She also did her facials.

Trip to the Grocery Store
Before a recent trip to the grocery store, I asked Amiyah to go in her room and get changed (knowing that I would be looking over the outfit before we left) her face lit up. She ran off to her room to put the perfect outfit together.
A few minutes later she comes out and says, " Ok mommy, look at my outfit. I picked my shirt that has green in it because I need to bring a purse to the store, and I wanted to bring this green one, so I picked this shirt that matches. What do you think?"
I was so incredibly proud of her, she matched her shirt and purse with a pair of jean capris, and white sandals. I couldn't believe it!

What can I say, my daughter loves taking silly pictures of herself. I have many more, but these are two of my favorites!

For a while now my bean has been able to pick up certain foods, but getting it into his mouth... that was a whole different thing.
He would get the food in his fist, and just shove almost his entire fist in his mouth trying to get the goods. Of course it would always end with him screaming in frustration.
Today, however, I am happy to report the bean can put his food into his mouth on his own.
He figured out how to use two fingers to pick it up. Such a big bean!

"I'm shaving like Papi!"
The other night, just before bed, we sent Amiyah into her bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth.
After a couple of minutes, I noticed I didn't hear the water come on. I guess Joey was thinking the very same thing because when I turned toward him he was looking at me with this really worried face.
He called for her, but got no answer. He called again, and then hear she comes around the corner, scrubbing her face with Joey's toothbrush. Her face had a bit of a glow to it, but we thought nothing of it, after all, we did ask her to wash her face.
As she came closer we noticed her face didn't just have a glow, but parts of it were blue.
I immediately knew what it was.
Curious as to why she was scrubbing her face with his toothbrush, Joey asked, "what are you doing baby?" She replied, "papi, I'm shaving like you!"
